Copyright Agreement for Square Toast Website Templates

With the purchase of any Square Toast Template, you agree to these Copyright terms:

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

   All website templates, design elements, and photography used by the Gold Toast LLC and Square Toast in the creation of its website templates are the sole and exclusive property of Gold Toast LLC. The User acknowledges that they have no ownership interest in any of the templates, design elements or photography and agrees not to claim ownership of them or to resell them or claim them as their own work.

2. Use of Templates

   The User acknowledges that they have no right to use any of the website templates, design elements or photography used by the Square Toast for any purpose other than the creation of a website using the templates. The User may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or use any of the templates, design elements, or photography for any other purpose but using the template to create a website for themselves or their brand.

3. Copyright Protection

   Gold Toast LLC and Square Toast shall own all rights, title and interest in and to the templates, design elements, and photography and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. The User agrees that all of the templates, design elements, and photography created by Gold Toast LLC are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced.
